Event Description: This virtual meeting series is designed to deliver technical education and peer support to business owners across California. With DGS as a featured presenter, participants gain direct access to state experts on Cal eProcure registration, certification, and procurement processes. These sessions help SBs and DVBEs expand their readiness for state contracting.

About Allisa Carr
Allisa Carr serves as a Business Outreach Liaison with the California Department of General Services, where she provides expert guidance on Small Business (SB) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) certifications. She works closely with California businesses to help
them navigate the state’s procurement process and identify contracting opportunities.
